Customers Fault Description : Remote not working at all following time in damp and plaster filled conditions.

This electric fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead. On opening there was a large amount of contamination over the button array / PCB.  The print was reworked and the button pads cleaned which restored full functionality
