Customer's Fault Description
Direct reverse button not working. The van used to “overrun” when finger lifted off the button, and had to be stopped by pressing the off buttons, but now doesn’t work at all.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

Thi9s motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have a non functioning button (top middle) and also the other buttons had sluggish response.  The contacts on the top button were decomposing and shorting out the contacts intermittently.

This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued under all buttons, full functionality was restored.
