Somfy Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : None working think it maybe the battery is dead

This Awning remote control arrived safely and on testing was dead. This was in fact due to a dead battery, a replacement Duracell battery was fitted and the remote was found to function as normal.
Instead of charging for a repair we are charging the 12 postage charge usually used for "Europe' shipping, this is to cover the battery price and 24 hour return postage.
