Customers Fault Description : I think it has a break in the wire for n the springy but t by the contro it’s self
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This recliner remote control arrived safely and on opening a continuity test was carried out on the cable with not issues being found but after talking to the customer it was found that it most likely has an intermittent break as the item would fail when the cable was moved.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
