Hormann Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Hormann

Customers Fault Description : The system operates with the top button only by the remote now has no function at all

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

This was found to be a microscopic corrosion spot in the print which was causing an open circuit.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
