Adjustomatic chair Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The green light is not coming on and not lifting or lowering.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Chair controller arrived safely and on inspection the cable was found to have a open circuit core.

The remote was opened to check for further defects but no other issue could be found. A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind).
