Customers Fault Description : Broken Wire on Remote. Middle buttons not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Electric adjustable bed remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable, a replacement straight black cable was fitted.
Please note that the internal batteries were found to have started to leak (see image), these will be disposed of and the customer is to obtain replacement PP3 batteries for fitting on return.
