Denon Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Denon

Customers Fault Description : All functions failed except very occasional volume control

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Denon CD Receiver RCD-M38 remote control arrived safely and on testing was intermittent.

This was found to be due to one of the terminals being impacted, the remote was opened and the terminal reworked  which restored full functionality to all buttons.
