HSL Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : HSL
Customers Fault Description : Coiled cable is damaged. Riser button (bottom right as I use it) doesn't work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Dual motor recliner remote control arrived safely and on inspeciton teh cable was damaged and also the button pads had custom metal foil over its contacts. The contacts were cleared of the metal and then proper conductive pads glued into place.
Then a replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind).
The rest of the remote was then tested as ok.
