Customer's Fault Description
The remote control does not function even with a new battery. Red light does not illuminated when pressing button
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This garage door remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
When opened and the battery removed, it was found that hte baby sick sticker was still atached to the battery.
Once this sticker was removed and the battery re-inserted the remote sprang to life as normal.
