Samsung Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Samsung

Customers Fault Description : Battery compartment faulty Model A3052400 /V1.30

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Samsung remote control arrived safely and on inspection the battery terminals were loose in the battery compartment and also the mute button was found inside the battery compartment.  The terminals and mute button were both refitted which restored full functionality.
