Bang Olufsen BEO4 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : All the buttons of the first column on the right of the remote control (from Radio button down to the red power button at the bottom of the remote) are working, however all the other buttons do not work.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Beosound 3200 stereo system remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have various non functioning buttons.

This was due to tiny corrosion spots in the button array edge connector, the print was reworked which restored full functionality to all buttons.
