Glow worm Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Glow worm

Customers Fault Description : No power

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Boiler remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have intermittent power.

This was due to the internal terminals being impacted (possibly from being dropped).  The terminals were reworked and then reinforced using solder.  This restored solid power to the remote (see image).
