Customers Fault Description : TV does not turn on with remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This TV54K2 TV remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on all buttons as per normal operation.
The code being sent for each button was confirmed to be correct and consistent.
This item has been classed as no fault found and without replicating a fault we can only conclude that the issue may be with the TV itself.
A set of batteries will be supplied fitted just in case of a customer battery issue.
