Customers Fault Description : The wires of come loose and possibly require soldering, circuit board seems to be okay
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrive safely and was in pieces on arrival. The battery cable was damaged but also the down button was very sensitive.
The button and battery cable were both replaced which restored full functionality.
