Customer's Fault Description
Both side electric motors respond in forward motion, but not in reverse.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have all of the lower buttons not functioning.
This was found to be due to corrosion over the button contacts (see image). The corrosion was etched clear which restored full functionality.
