Eleyte Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Eleyte
Customers Fault Description : all buttons working well one day, 3 days later when next used. No buttons operating anything. Its believed that the remote was dropped onto a laminate floor during that period.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This G Plan "elevate" recliner chair remote control arrived safely and on opening a component and cable test was carried out without an issue being found.
The PCB was loose inside due to broken mounting pins but this is not thought to be an issue, the PCB was hot glued firmly back into position just in case.
The customer is to check all connections on the chair itself on return.
