Bose Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Bose
Customers Fault Description : The unit keeps saying "No Signal" on the screen when I'm trying to turn the AV35 system on. If I use the on button on the front of the AV35 Control System the remote functions correctly. When I try to pair the rmote with the system again it says "No Signal"
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Bose 535 remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have no signal message in the LCD. This is normal whilst here as it cannot find its receiver.
The remote was opened and checked but no issue could be found and there is a signal from the remote.
After talking to the customer it is thought that the issue is with the receiver pinging the remote.
