Telacamit Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Telacamit
Customers Fault Description : feels like a button could be stuck as reset button wouldn't stop it and rollers started by just pointing the controller and not even pressing any buttons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This roller brake tester remote controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting without any button being pressed.
There were cracks in the button facia which had allowed contamination to enter the button array effectively shorting out a couple of the buttons.
The facia was peeled back and the print cleaned. This restored full functionality.
Please note that any button that was inserted into this remote will be drained, therefore its important to only insert a brand new unused battery on return.
The battery cable was also replaced as it had signs of damage.
