Customer's Fault Description
Display has stopped working and back light is very dim.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Bose remote control arrived safely and on testing the display did start up as normal, there was no visible backlight but the display is quite visible, see image.
The remote was opened to check for any defects but no issue could be found.
After talking to the customer it was decide to test the remote randomly over a few days, this was done but again no display issue could be replicated.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
