Customer's Fault Description
The mover works for a couple of seconds then stops, whichever button is pressed. It took 45 minutes to move the caravan from the road onto the drive.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on inspection the remote rattled when shook and the remote would not power on.

When opened (the case was already partially opened) the mounting pins for the PCB were found to be broken which made the internal switch not actuate due to being misaligned. 

The PCB was hot glued firmly into position which restored full normal functionality.
