Customer's Fault Description
Unfortunately I cannot be specific regarding fault(s). It was working fine and then it wasn't! Prior to it failing all functions were ok.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Ceiling fan/light remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

This was found to be due to a faulty oscillator, once replaced full functionality was restored.
