Customer's Fault Description
Despite high quality batteries in both the remote and the wall unit, there is no click/beep. Had fire serviced and it worked again and now doesn’t. Possible intermittent fault, possible loose connection or points need cleaned.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have erratic functionality and a erroneous battery indicator.
This was due to a faulty voltage regulator. The regulator was replaced which restored full functionality.
