Gazco Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Gazco

Customers Fault Description : Despite high quality batteries in both the remote and the wall unit, there is no click/beep. Had fire serviced and it worked again and now doesn’t. Possible intermittent fault, possible loose connection or points need cleaned.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Gas fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have erratic functionality and a erroneous battery indicator.

This was due to a faulty voltage regulator.  The regulator was replaced which restored full functionality.
