Customer's Fault Description
The remote is working but as you will see the wire wrapping has deteriorated in a number of areas. Please can you remove the wire that’s there and replace with new wiring. Mark from MLSolutions has directed me to you.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This recliner remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a very badly damaged cable.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (We cannot get the curly kind).
