MAGIGLO Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : MAGIGLO
Customers Fault Description : Remoted fails to operate flame in upwards direction but is ok to turn down and off. Receiver unit replaced 12months ago . new bateries inserted
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to not illuminate or transmit when holding the bottom left and top right buttons.
This was due to a faulty button. The button was replaced which restored full functionality.
