Powrtouch Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Powrtouch
Customers Fault Description : Remote does not seem to work the motor mover, it intermittently flashes the direction leds which it didn't used to. Suspect electronic fault.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Motor mover remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have intermittent button response.
On opening all button contacts were found to have suffered corrosion (see image). The contacts were etched clean and then replacement conductive pads were glued under all of the buttons.
