HSL Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : HSL

Customers Fault Description : Bottom right button has been chewed off and eaten by grandparents dogs

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Rise & Recline controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a missing button.

The bottom two buttons were replaced.  These buttons are yellower in colour compared to the original white, this is unavailable as spare buttons are not available.
