BSSB Storage Bed Lift Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote stopped working completely so assumed batteries had gone. Changed and remote now lights up but doesn't operate the bed. Usually press the down button to pair with the beds electronic workings but no bleep heard. (You'll see the remotes cover has broken. We bought the bed as an ex display and was like that when we purchased it and has worked fine for 18 months or so. We normally have a zip tie holding it together.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Storage Bed remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to transmit a signal on each button press as per normal operation.
The remote was tested randomly over a few hours but an issue could not be replicated.
As per our sites service details all return postage fees are fixed at £6 - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
