1 remote is worn on the front. Wish to have the components placed into the newer remote unit
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two Golf remote control units arrived safely and on inspection one had a damaged facia and also faulty buttons.
The PCB from the damaged on was requested to be put in the newer case. Unfortunately the PCBs were riveted into the case. This meant that the PCB had to be drilled out in order to move them. The usable remote PCB was removed and then all buttons replaced which restored full functionality. This was then Hot glued into the white fronted case. The facia did suffer some markings from the drilling, this is sadly unavoidable due to the way they are manufactured / Rivetted.
