Cartec Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Cartec
Customers Fault Description : Bottom row centre 3 buttons are inop, possible that the stop button on 2nd to bottom row also inop
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Cartec remote control arrived safely and on inspection was missing some button caps, these cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
The button response was sluggish and also the red LED was non functioning. Replacement conductive pads were glued under all of the buttons and then the LED replaced. This restored full functionality.
Tape was used to secure the remote together (spare cases are not available as spares)
