Reich Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Not turning on. I have tried new batteries

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Caravan motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to not respond to its double power button press.

The remote was opened and after a component test it was found that the issue was the button facia itself.  The power array contacts were double shorted to confirm and the remote would spring to life concluding that the facia was the issue.  Sadly these facias are not available as spares which has made a repair not possible.
