Panasonic Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Panasonic

Customers Fault Description : Buttons 1 okay viera link viera tools aspect menu . Odd times will work, but have recently stopped altogether

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This TV remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have some non functioning buttons.

This was found to be bad solder joints on the main IC.  The solder was reflowed which restored full functionality to all buttons.
