Velux roof window Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Velux roof window

Customers Fault Description : The LED screen does not work. So pairing with my two roof windows is not possible when the battery’s are change

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Velux remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged display.

A replacement display was fitted which restored full functionality.
