TV LIft Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : TV LIft

Customers Fault Description : TV not operating up or down. Stuck down. Prior to this the TV just went down into the bed by itself and remote won’t operate to bring TV back up.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found  to be dead.

Unfortunately when opened the PCB was found to have suffered corrosion on both sides and also over the main IC (See image), this is from a battery leak.

Sadly due to the damage a repair is not possible. 

This item was disposed of as per the customers telephone request 30th Jul 2024
