Customer's Fault Description
TV not operating up or down. Stuck down. Prior to this the TV just went down into the bed by itself and remote won’t operate to bring TV back up.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
Unfortunately when opened the PCB was found to have suffered corrosion on both sides and also over the main IC (See image), this is from a battery leak.
Sadly due to the damage a repair is not possible.
