Willow brook Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Willow brook
Customers Fault Description : The remote is smashed at back the buttons work for back of the chair but not the bottom foot rest will not rise
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Rise and reclaimer chair remote arrived safely and on inspection the case was badly damaged with a large portion of the back case being missing.
Unfortunately spare cases are not available which makes a repair not possible.
If the missing pieces can be forwarded to us then we may be able to glue the existing case together but we normally only repair functionality and not cosmetic issues due to lack of spare cases.
The only functionality issue that was found is that the plug for the cable was partially detached.
