Customer's Fault Description
The button needs to be pressed hard and in a particular way to get the remote to function. I have changed the battery but it made no difference.
PS , thanks for fixing my other controller it is perfect now.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Garage door remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggish button response.
This was due to a faulty button, both buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
