Hormann Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The button needs to be pressed hard and in a particular way to get the remote to function. I have changed the battery but it made no difference. PS , thanks for fixing my other controller it is perfect now.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Garage door remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggish button response.
This was due to a faulty button, both buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
