Customer's Fault Description
Batteries changed recently and since then it will not power on. No sign of life at all.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Window remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

When opened this was found to be due to corrosion on the main PCB (see image).  The PCB was replaced which restored full functionality. 

Please note that the remote will need to be set up with the windows on return.
