Maha Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Maha

Customers Fault Description : Will not charge up suspect battery and casing cracked

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Shaker plate remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged case and also was dead.

The battery was totally dead.

After charging the remote was found to function as normal

A replacement case was fitted (this is from a scrap remote as new replacements are not available) and then the charge capacity was tested without any loss of charge.  A replacement battery was fitted just in case.

The customer is to check the charger and possibly replace it as the not charging issue may be the charger itself.
