Customers Fault Description : 1.Rise & Recline remote works intermittantly. It won't always go up and down. 2. The fan remote works, but the Power On/Off button and the Light On/Off button have worn down and there doesn't appear to be a connection anymore. Not sure if this is something you can fix, but thought I'd try!
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These remotes arrived safely and on inspection the smaller remote had a broken button facia, replacemnt facias are not available but functionality was restored by fitting new conductive pads under the facia. We are not charging for a repair to this smaller remote.
The recliner remote control was found to have a damaged cable, a replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
