Mathmos Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Mathmos
Customers Fault Description : I have the original red controller which no longer works. It used to be able to change the Mathmos Faze 3 unit from one colour to the next be depressing the M button on the top once. I assume something within the controller no longer working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Mathmos Faze 3 remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
On opening there were a few corrosion spots in the print, the print was reworked and the buttons replaced which restored full functionality.
