Celebrity Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote works intermittently if you move cable around sometimes it will work . All buttons fail to work when it doesn't work.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Rise recliner chair remote control arrived safely and on inspeciton on of the button tops was missing, this cannot be replaced as spares are not available but luckily this doesnt effect funtionality.

The cable was found to have broken inner cores.  A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
