Becker Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Becker

Customers Fault Description : 3 button control - inner opens awning and works, middle stops awning and works. Outer button retracts awning and has become increasingly difficult to work aver last couple of years, even if light comes on. Awning is now stuck out.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Awning controller arrived safely and on testing the top button was found to be non functional.

This was due to a faulty button, the button was replaced which restored full functionality.
