Customer's Fault Description
Dropped remote now caravan forward (12 oclock) rotates anti-clockwise. 2 oclock does the same, 4 and 6 oclock rotate clockwise, 8 and 10 do nothing but you can hear the motor mover receiver clicking to acknowledge something has been pressed on the remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Caravan motor mover remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be fuinctioning as normal operation on all buttons.

It is thought that the issue is with one of the motors or the controller box itself.
