Vitaaudio Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Not turning on system
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Music system remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation on each button.
The controller was opened to check for defects but no issue could be replicated.
The remote was then tested over a 24 hour period at random intervals and again no fault could be found.
