Remote doesn't work at all or doesn't charge.

This BSSB TV Bed remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to not charge when plugged in.

This was due to the charge port breaking away from the PCB (see image).  This was soldered firmly back into place which then restored full functionality.

A rechargeable battery will be supplied fitted on return, its important to note that these remotes will not work with non rechargeable batteries.
