This TV remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.

It is possible that the customers battery was an issue, a CR2032 will be supplied fitted on return.

This item has been classed as no fault found, the customer is to test it on return.  If the TV does not react then it may be that the TV itself is at fault.
