Truma mover te Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Just bought a caravan and the battery have been left in the motor mover remote and rotted the battery terminal away
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Truma remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing its battery cover and have a lot of markings around the edge from an attempted opening prior to arrival with us.
The battery terminals were found to be heavily damaged, all terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.
A replacement battery cover was also fitted as we had a spare laying around.
