Customer's Fault Description
The control box is giving the fault as remote battery low, put new battery in and still none of the functions work. You have mended this remote once before, the problem then was stuck buttons maybe it's the same this time.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Agricultural Bale Wrapper remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have an intermittently illuminated led without any button being pressed. The remote was also transmitting without nay button being pressed (this will drain batteries).
The issue was found to be due to contamination over the button facia ribbon connector, this was cleaned up which restored full functionality with a strong RF signal present on all button presses.
The battery cable was also replaced as it had signs of damage.
