Power product Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : I am able to turn on the remote but when I point at caravan it switches off

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing weas found to have intermittent power.

This was found to be due to corrosion on the battery clip from a battery leak (see image).

The battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality.
