Vibradorm Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Red light on remote remains lit when battery installed. No buttons functional.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Adjustable bed remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have erratic functionality.

This was found to be due to a faulty oscillator, once replaced full functionality was restored.
